Using Keywords in your Content
You only need to use your keywords a few times within the text of your page. Don't dilute it by trying to use many different keywords.
Use your keyword phrase once in the first and last paragraphs of the page, and somewhere around mid-page.
There is no need to overuse them in your text - there are better places to use them, and the search engines might penalise you for overuse.
